ingredients:
wheat flour ( 1/2 kg)
anchovies ( handful)
potatoes (diced)\
kuchai leaves ( cut )
salt,sugar, ajinomoto ( up to u)
chilies (cut)
water 1/2 litres
steps 1
mix all the ingredients
steps 2
fried it
steps 3
serve it and eat with sauce
